Emergencies

If you have an emergency during clinical hours, please ring the Practice on 01725 510303. We always have at least two dentists on duty and have emergency slots available every day for our registered patients.

If you are in pain or have a dental emergency when the Practice is closed, which cannot wait until we are open again, please call our out-of-hours service partner, The 247 Dentist, on 03301 759 995.

They will be able to offer you an online consultation, or a face to face appointment, every evening, weekend and Bank Holiday.

With Practices in Poole and Southampton, and indeed around the Country if you are away on holiday, they can normally see you within a couple of hours, and will always be able to offer an appointment the same day, even on the busiest Bank Holidays.

Our Borough Plan patients can re-claim some or all costs through their Plan Insurance. Please refer to your policy document for claim limits and provisions.
