Cancelling Appointments

For the smooth running of our practice, and the benefit of other patients who might be needing an urgent appointment, please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel an appointment.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for check-ups and hygiene appointments. If a Monday appointment, please cancel before midday on Friday.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for treatment appointments.

Changes or cancellations occurring with less than the notice period specified above may incur charges if we are unable to re-fill that appointment.
